Meet The Doctors
Dr. Abinaash Kaur
DENTISTDr. Kaur earned her dental degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2004, after completing her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Past President of the West Toronto Dental Society, and the Toronto Crown and Bridge Study Club. You may have seen her interviewed on the CP24 show “On Call with Dr, Karl” or various Omni TV shows.
Dr. Kaur has taken numerous postgraduate education courses, specifically selecting courses focusing on Early Interceptive Orthodontics and restoring worn teeth. Her passion for learning has taken her across the globe to learn from dental masters. One of her favorite places being Annecy, France, where the training focused on fixing worn down teeth without cutting or drilling teeth. This advanced training has helped her restore patients mouth to healthy function using additive dentistry. Her interest in this started when she had to restore her dad’s teeth that were severely worn down. She loves providing minimally invasive solutions to patients to fix their smiles both aesthetically and functionally.
Her second passion is to help children live healthy lives by teaching them to breathe and function properly. This chapter started due to her youngest son who had enlarged tonsils and had trouble sleeping at night. Extensive courses in sleep apnea and Early Orthodontic Treatment led to her learn about myofunctional therapy and helping airways and jaws grow. Since 2017 she has been using myofunctional therapy and appliances on her children and patients to change their lives for the better.
Dr. Kaur does clear aligner treatment (Invisalign), restores Implants, and provides cosmetic treatments like cosmetic bondings and veneers to give you the smile of your dreams. Dr. Kaur’s commitment to lifelong education means she is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide her patients with the best results in the least invasive manner with a high emphasis on comfort. This commitment ensures the highest level of care, both today and tomorrow.
Dr. Kaur and her husband, Mandeep Singh, have two beautiful children. In her spare time, she enjoys meditation, reading, working out, and spending time with family and friends.
